Join the movement at the beginning of each month with a four-week mental performance program! The Cognitive Climb Series is focused on providing accessible and affordable mental skills training for middle school and high school student athletes of all sports. Each month will feature a different topic of performance psychology, mindsets and wellness. 

We believe that the mental game and our inner world should be a topic of consistent discussion. The benefits of weekly mental strength training include: Enhanced cognitive abilities, stress management, increased creativity, boosted confidence, better emotional regulation, resilience and adaptability, achievement of flow states, improved sleep qualities, life long learning, long-term brain health, goal achievement and healthier relationships.

One of the most common questions we hear from athletes is "How can I improve my confidence?" Welcome to Confidence 360, your guide to unshakable self-belief and peak performance. Using live Zoom calls and immersive exercises, we'll take you on a comprehensive journey to supercharge your confidence from every angle. Confidence 360 will equip you with the tools to harness your inner strength, conquer self-doubt, and achieve remarkable success. Through expert guidance and tailored strategies, our program offers a 360-degree approach; addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of confidence.
